Forward individual text

How do I forward an individual text to someone else? Similar to how you can forward an email to someone else. I need to forward something from my texts to another person.

example I need to forward a spam text to my carrier so they can input it into their system as spam. Their instructions state to press and hold the text until a menu shows with “more”. My only choices are pin, hide alerts or delete.
