Don't see the app subscription in my list

Hi, I have a Duolingo subscription coming up fro renewal, but I don't see it in the list of subscriptions. I received an email letting me know it will renew on November 7th, but I can't cancel it because it is not there on my iPhone, or iTunes subscriptions. Please help with this.

If How to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support doesn't help, then see If the subscription that you want to cancel is not listed - Apple Support and if that doesn't help, see the last item from that support article below:

If you still can't find the subscription and cancel it, contact Apple Support.
