Mouse pointer defaults to "resize column" instead of arrow in Finder after Monterey Upgrade (on M1 Mac)

See Title.

It also affects Finders' behaviour and is really annoying.

See if the same problem occurs in Safe Mode. To start in Safe Mode in an M1 Mac, press and HOLD the power button until you get a screen with startup options.


If, as I expect, the problem does not occur in Safe Mode, then we will know that it is related to something that loads in your account when you boot normally. To find out what it may be: Please run Etrecheck and post its full report here. Use the "additional text" button and paste the report into the text box.
