At this point, you may do whatever you like with the iPhone. I was just attempting to warn you that the camera on your iPhone has been replaced and if you paid for a brand new iPhone and got this message, then your iPhone may not be brand new.
Furthermore, You will see a notification on your Lock screen for the first four days that you use your device and in the Settings app for 15 days. After that period, you can find the notification by going to Settings > General > About.

I bought it brand new and I have not done any repairs on it.
Take it back to the store that you bought it from and get your money back. OR Get another one. Where did you buy it from?
