lost my phone

Hello,

I lost my iphone and would like to see if there is any way i can use the locator to find it? I am currently using a SIM card with an older phone.

I don't have the find my iphone app.

I never used the Icloud

Hoping someone could tell me if there is a way I can still find my phone, it doesn't look as someone stole it I just need to know the location.
