Health App is both a Source and destination

The health App is both a source and destination. However, as a source it reports no data is available despite of medical recorders from my linked provider institutions. It appears that the Health App is not a cooperative vessel for my data. Is it possible to actually use this Health App?

Not sure what exactly you're asking. Health source data would generally be things like steps, blood pressure (if you enter it into health), weight, heart rate, etc. Most collected through apps or entered manually. Medical records are not source data
