Does the Mac mini support spatial audio?

I've just bought the M1 Mac mini and I'm wondering if it supports spatial audio. I've updated to the MacOS Monterey and I have AirPods Pro. I tried listening to spatial audio songs on Apple Music and the spatial audio option is grayed out.
