Facetime - Iphone purchased from UAE

If it's running 13.6 or newer and the country in Settings is one other than the United Arab Emirates, yes. Units originating from it on an older version will only have FaceTime with a Middle Eastern SIM card installed, not including ones from it or Israel.

Note that you'll likely be denied warranty service on it outside there.

I am planning to buy an iPhone, most probably iPhone 12 or iPhone 13. As I will be purchasing this in UAE, Facetime will not be available in this unit. If I visit any other countries would I be able to use Facetime in those or not?
