Hi

What is latest OS Version i can upgrade iMAC 27-inch Mid 2011 ( Software: OC X 10.9.5 (13F1911) ) ?

You can upgrade to macOS High Sierra 10.13. You can get macOS High Sierra here: How to get old versions of macOS - Apple Support.

Make sure you have a backup of your Mac before you upgrade macOS.
