I can’t get my MacBook to turn on. I’ve tried holding in the power button for 10 seconds. Nothing happens. Any suggestions, please and thank you!

Try to connect power charger and push the power button if it turns on your MacBook Air.
If it doesn't help, contact Apple Support or make Genius Bar reservation if your local retail Apple Store is open or find opened local Apple Authorized Service Provider to be examined your MacBook Air there.
