That model number is an early 2015 MacBook Air and is compatible with all current versions of macOS including Monterey (macOS 12). The latest version of Safari is 15.1. I would suggest you consider updating your MacBook Air to at least 10.15.7 (Catalina).

What is the year/make/model of your Mac? Safari 14 may have hardware requirements your Mac cannot provide. Safari is now part of macOS and there is no standalone installer to download. If your Mac cannot be updated to Safari 14 you may have to consider using another browser like Firefox or Edge. I would recommend staying away from Chrome as it is a resource hog.
