Mac/startup-1008F

Mac goes straight to windows and says boot drive missing when I go on line I get Mac/start-1008F with triangle and ! In centre then freezes any ideas please

If it doesn't help, contact Apple Support or make Genius Bar reservation if your local retail Apple Store is open or find opened local Apple Authorized Service Provider to be examined your MacBook Pro there.
