Can't update iPhone 7

What to do if my phone says I have no service until I update my phone? When i try to update my phone, it says I can’t because I’m not connected to the internet but I am.

Phone update/service Right now my phone has no service. This is due to the fact that I do not have the 15.4 iOS update. But, when I try to update my phone it says I need to be connected to Internet even though I have Wi-Fi. The lack of service I think is my problem but I don’t know, could anyone help?
