No Airdrop connection
I am having a problem transferring files between a Catalina and El Captain macs. Neither show up on the others Airdrop page.

Old problem, new problem, what changed...?
Airdrop has always been a bit finicky, verify both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth turned on.
