I want to update my iPhone 5s to iOS 13.0

12.5.5 is the highest an iPhone 5S can go. It doesn't have the hardware to run anything newer.

Your iPhone will let you know in the sittings to check head over to

sittings then click on general then software if your phone dosnt have it then it’s not available on your iPhone yet
