how do i gift my current watch to someone when i get a new watch?
i want to gift my current watch to my niece and ill continue to pay the cellular connection when i get a new watch...best approach?

YES: Wipe/erase the watch, remove from your Apple ID (Find My) and setup again by pairing to your niece's iPhone, setting up as a New Watch and reattaching to the correct cellular plan.
NO: Setup the watch again using Family Setup
