Spam of iMessages sent from email address

I had continuously received spam in iMessages which sent using an email address, I tried to using the block this caller ID in info to block it but it doesn’t work, I also tried the filter unknown messages in settings, it doesn’t work also. Any other way I can stop receiving the spam in iMessages?
