new iPhone xr

setting up new phone, but all the non apple apps download seems to be frozen. Have checked wifi, signed out and back in to Apple ID, turned phone off/on, but no change. Any ideas?

If you tap on one you may get an option for priority download, if so try it,

If it downloads then it is just a poor server or wifi speed. They can take hours or days.
