Read this Authorize or deauthorize your computer for iTunes Store purchases - Apple Support. If you no longer have access to this computer, you will need to deauthorise all, then reauthorise your existing computers.

Why am I unable to deauthorize all computers - it's telling me I have to wait a year? I purchased a new device and exchanged it for another - now i cant remove it?
