Since a few minutes ago I'm experiencing problems with Siri on my MacBook Pro and iPhone 13 Pro. Do others have the same problem?
Downdetector shows that people in the Netherlands are currently experiencing problems with Siri.

The Siri connection problems have now been resolved. This problem also occurred with my friends and family. Fortunately, it was a temporary connection problem with Apple.😌

Which specific software version are you using on your devices? Are you receiving an error? If so, what exactly does the error say? The more detail you can provide, the better the chance of receiving a reply.
