If you want to upgrade Keynote, go the the App Store, search for Keynote and click on the Get button.

Keynote will install to the Applications folder.

If you want to upgrade to Big Sur, go to the App Store located in the Applications folder and search for Big Sur.

Click on the Get button.

When the download is finished it will be stored in the applications folder.

Double click the installer and follow the instructions.
