Does any one have seen the error message in the pic and please how it can be fixed !

The globe with an exclamation point means that your Mac tried to start up from macOS Recovery over the Internet, but couldn't. Learn what to do if your Mac can't start up from macOS Recovery.

Were you trying to resolve a problem with your MacBook Pro?

If you are attempting to boot to internet recovery, make sure that your MacBook is connected to your router with an ethernet cable before you restart it.
