Cannot find my Apple TV+ subscription?

My husband is subscribed to Apple TV+. He is still paying for it and we still watch shows there. However, we cannot find his subscription anywhere (to manage it or view it, cancel, etc).


He has checked on his phone (under subscriptions) and on our (only) Apple TV device.


Is this a glitch, or are we missing something?

The subscription is tied to an Apple ID account, and would therefore only be listed for that same account. On Apple TV 4K, if you have multiple accounts, then first switch to the matching account.


If you have Family Sharing, then the subscription will only be listed in a manageable manner for the group member that took the subscription, not for other group members taking advantage of this group perk.


If you have Apple One, then the subscription for Apple TV+ will not be listed separately.
