I am installing an app (Nightscout) that requires permission to send/receive information from the Internet and run in the background.
On the Permissions screen, I press "Allow," but I am immediately returned to the previous "Install" step. When I hit Install, I am taken to the Permission screen and the installation process fails to advance.
Recommendations?

We are happy to help with the issue you are having with not being able to complete the installation of an app. We recommend you try restarting your computer and see if that helps. You might need to try to reinstall the app one more time. If it does not work you can also try to Start up your Mac in safe mode and see if the same thing happens.

Thanks for the response. With additional troubleshooting I have narrowed it to a bluetooth connectivity issue. Deleting, reinstalling, restarting, etc. seems to have resolved the problem.
