iPad Pro not showing SIM services

I recently bought iPad Pro, I inserted SIM card in a slot but it not showing services like phone, messages, mobile data etc. kindly assist

A WiFi and cellular model iPad ONLY uses a data SIM card for data ONLY.

You would need to get a data SIM card for that iPad.

iPads are NOT iPhones/smart phones and cannot, alone, make cellular phone calls NOR send SMS text messages to other non-Apple device users.

To do actual cellular phone calls and SMS text messaging from an iPad requires that the iPad be paired/tethered together with an Apple iPhone with call and message forwarding activated.

In this manner, this makes an iPad a large remote device for making calls and any text messages to an iPhone.
