Reply with text with incoming call not an option anymore

I noticed I no longer can reply with text with incoming call. Only have ability to slide to answer and remind. I have most recent iOS.

I was able to solve the problem. With the newest update it made a change to my settings.

Go into settings>>Face ID & Passcode>> you will be prompted to enter passcode if you have one. Then scroll down to the “reply with message” and slide the button to green position.

I seem to have the same problem, however found out that when my phone is unlocked, and then click on the incoming call I do have the option to reply with text.
