apple ID

Today, I was at the Apple store and the rep told me that I can change one of my apple IDs under my family to a child ID for my 9 yr old.

He said to do this on line but I don't know where to go to do this.

change kids apple id I've created kids Apple ID for Family sharing sometime back. Now kids are soon getting their own phones, but they want to change the Apple ID I've created. I couldn't find a way to change their Apple ID as they are still under 13.
