Your network provider may charge for SMS messages used to activate FaceTime and iMessage How do I turn this message off? Sometimes the message pops up on my screen repeatedly even after I click on "OK". I've even tried clicking on "Cancel" and the message still pops up. When the message is on my screen, I am not able to access anything else. It's like the message takes my phone hostage. How can I fix this? Thank you.

It’s just letting you know if you go over your carrier plans texting limit they might charge a fee while you activate iMessages and FaceTime.
