I have an Apple Watch that the screen has popped off, research states it’s a common problem with the battery swelling?

what help can I receive when the watch is obviously out of warranty.

Apple watch battery swell Purchased apple watch 3/22/21 and the face has popped loose. What I am seeing it is a known "battery swell" issue. Why isn't this covered by apple warranty? It is a known issue
