Can i unlock my disabled iphone if i remember the passcode?

If it's already disabled, and you already exceeded all attempts to unlock it by providing correct passcode, then no. You would need to go through process of restoring it as described in If you forgot your iPhone passcode.

Note that, unless you have deliberately turn off this feature, when you are signed into iCloud on iPhone, the device does make backups to iCloud automatically. That said, after you do restore disabled iPhone, during the setup you can choose to migrate data from the iCloud Backup to bring back data to your iPhone that was there last time it was backed up.
