Delete multiple events in Calendar

I'd like to delete an event on my calendar that was repeated 100s of times (a daily event, going years into the future). Somehow each occurrence of the event has become detached from the others which means there's no option to delete "all future events".

Is there a way to delete a bunch of events using the search tool?

Hey egep84,

It sounds like you're having some trouble deleting multiple events.

If deleting the event is no longer asking to delete future events, try restarting the iPad and then trying again to see if that message will pop up for you. If you have a Mac that the calendars are synced to, you can shift-click to delete multiple events: Set up or delete a repeating event in Calendar on Mac.

Have a great day.
