photo
when i to a picture using my se20 it comes out as a video. what am i doing wrong.

Not if you turn off Live in the camera before you shoot them..
Also in settings, Camera, formats, use Most Compatible.
You have to do that before shooting photos.
Alternatively import into Photos for Mac or Photos for Windows and re-export them as jpg.
