The Safari browser app is not available as a standalone download for macOS. It is installed with the OS.
Safari gets updated when the macOS version gets updated or when security updates are released.
System Preferences > Software Update is the path.
If there are any updates available for your Safari app, then they will be listed there. You can apply them manually, or you can set macOS to apply software updates automatically.
