I reset my iPhone to factory setting and before sign my Apple ID iPhone ask for passcode and I entered but Apple email me that they are working on reset my Apple ID and will send link soon to reset my Apple ID, but here is issue I forget my passcode now and I don’t have pc or Mac to rest passcode.
how I reset my passcode ?

one more thing i know that if I change my Apple ID password my Apple ID will sign out from all Apple devices but how about android, window’s pc and others devices where my Apple ID sign in will my Apple ID sign off from there too by changing password?
apple sign in device list shows only iOS devices which using my Apple ID.
but all those android, windows or other devices which using my Apple ID where can I see that and if there is no way to see that that how can I sign out from them ?

Yes, ask them if you can use one of their computers.
As far as I know, you will have to sign out of those devices on the device. The sign out isn't automatic. I would sign out before you change the password.
Sign out on the device/computer. You have to do each one.
