How can I find out which app is triggering the orange dot to appear on IOS 14

Open the Control Center and the name of the app will be displayed at the top of the screen. If you see the orange dot when on a phone call the app will be the phone app, of course.

microphone i have the orange dot showing and i know it means the microphone is being used, it says the phone app is using my microphone but i don’t have the app open and im not calling anyone. why is it showing and how can i get rid of it??
