TouchBar Disappears When Expanded

Hello, for some reason my TouchBar on my MacBook Pro disappears when I expand it. I have tried restarting multiple times, killing the TouchBar, etc, but none of it seems to fix this problem. Please help, thanks.

Make changes to the System Preferences to compare results:

 > System Preferences>Keyboard>>Keyboard.

Customize the Touch Bar on Mac - Apple Support

If you still have an issue on a Intel Mac—

Try resetting the SMC https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201295

and

Try resetting NVRAM/PRAM http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1379

(get at least two-three rounds of the chimes when holding the NRAM Reset)
