Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities! It sounds like you are unable to play songs in your Music app. Are you seeing an error message? Is this happening with videos as well? Are the sounds working on your device?


If this is happening with your Apple Music subscription, please follow the guidance here If songs are missing from your music library after you turn on Sync Library. Take a look at section "If you can't find or play a song" to assist with getting Apple Music working again on your iPhone. Be sure tio test on a different network.


If the issue is with the device sound in general, check out this article If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker.
