I did the latest software update and now I only have 1 page of apps and then the App Library. The other 4 pages of apps I used to have are gone. I tried the tips for unhiding pages, but they aren’t listed to unhide. Any ideas?

Are you using focus mode? Swipe down to Notification Center. If you see a little icon where the Do Not Disturb icon normally is, tap it. You can also turn it off in control center.

That's really weird. Have you tried to restore from a recent backup ?
That was all off and it didn’t work. It randomly all came back a couple of hours ago. Thanks for the tips!
