Win 10 iTunes and syncing books to a new iPod Touch 6th Gen.

So many historic answers to this question but nearly all are Mac answers. I have a problem in syncing my bought Apple books/audiobooks to this replacement iPod Touch 6th Gen 128GB (had to replace my 6th Gen 64Gb touch not enough space) Can I not just download them somehow via iTunes or is there another way for a Windows used to do this please?
