How can i transfer my notes onto the iCloud. Due to the fact I plan on getting a new phone soon.

If you have in your old iPhone's
Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Notes : ON
Then the notes will auto sync to your iCloud account.
On the new iPhone, just sign in using the same Apple ID as on your old iPhone and it will auto sync the notes from iCloud to your new iPhone.
There's nothing to do.
