Restarting and unplugging your HomePod are excellent steps to take. Since that has not resolved the issue, we would also suggest restarting the device or devices you are using with the HomePod.

- Are you using a HomePod, or a HomePod mini?
- Are you trying to use multiple HomePod devices as a stereo pair, or just a single HomePod?
