What can I do if I transferred all my stuff to my new phone before I backed up my old phone???

Is there anything I can do if I transferred all my information to my new phone before I backed up my old phone? Can I reset my new phone then reload my information again after I back up the old phone?

You could make an iCloud backup and reset ur new phone and your old phone and restore it from an iCloud back up, or do the same thing through a computer
