$2.99 charge every month

I have a $2.99 charge every month on my account and I cannot find anywhere that explains what it is, or how I can cancel it. I assume its for more storage space, but I am getting a new phone and plan with plenty of storage and I want to cancel this asap.

It seems iCloud+ with 200GB storage which is priced $2.99/month.
