Award for September not given

I completed my goal for my award for the month of September and did not receive the badge. I have since updated my watch, unpaired my phone repaired my phone and still no luck. Anyone know how to make the badge appear when you have met the goal?

Apple says it can take up to 9 days for an award to show,just wait for a few days and see what happens.
