Did you have this battery replaced? If so, it may not be a genuine battery. So, take this back, and request that a genuine one be installed. Find out more here: About genuine iPhone Displays - Apple Support

3utools is a jail breaking tool. Delete it, and erase your iPhone. Then go to Settings -> Battery -> Battery Health to accurately determine the state of its battery.
