You have an iPhone 6 Plus and have iOS version 12.x.x installed. Your iPhone 6 Plus can only be updated up to iOS version 12.5.5. If you have this version already installed then you cannot update any higher. The hardware on your iPhone 6 Plus does not efficiently support newer iOS version(s).
