How do I delete an email account on my phone

Settings > Mail > Accounts, then tap account you wish to remove, and at the bottom you'll see 'Delete Account'.

If you don't see 'Delete Account' you have restrictions enabled on the device or account is configured using profile (Settings > General > Profiles).

In Settings Scroll down to Mail, then choose Accounts and delete from there.
