I already set a password for my notes and when I tried to create another face ID for another person, I can't get access to my notes anymore only with the password.
Unfortunately I forgot my note's password, How can I get an access ?

you CAN reset your Notes password for future locked notes, but you will not gain access to your previously locked Notes without knowing the password they were locked with.
Only with the original password for the note. See https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT205794 particularly under "If you forgot your notes password."
