New iPhone 11 Pro Max? Or just new to you? Apple stopped selling iPhone 11 Pro Max a year ago. So where did you buy this new phone? When you see a message which says the display on your phone is not a Genuine Apple Display, it usually means the screen was replaced with 3rd party parts and is not genuine. Things like Face ID and the True Depth Camera won't work on a non-authentic screen.
