I'd suggest starting your own thread. iOS 15 is for iPhone and iPods so you absolutely could not have installed it on a Mac. As such your post is off topic here. Please start your own thread in the forum for your macOS version or Mac model for help with your specific issue.

Whatever you’ve installed on your Mac, it isn’t iOS15.
